Debbie cared for our two children in spring of 2021 and I recommend her as both a warm and reliable caretaker and as one of the most kindhearted and helpful people I came to know during that time. She is responsible, reliable, resourceful, kind, trustworthy, and great with our children, both of whom thrived and grew under her care. Debbie quite clearly loves being a nanny, and when we parted ways as our family moved out of the neighborhood, it was emotionally hard not only for us but also for her, as she clearly had come to care for our kids as if they were part of her own family. She was great at keeping our kids safe and engaged throughout the day and helped reinforce our efforts to teach age-appropriate manners. She spends lots of time taking the kids outside to the playground. She arrived early almost every day and communicated well in the rare instances in which she ran into transportation issues. She was a pleasure to have in our lives.
