About Debbie

I teach online Zoom Chair Yoga Classes. I am certified in Chair Yoga and Wheelchair Yoga. I teach Chair Yoga classes to seniors, people with disabilities and people with mobility and balance issues. Chair yoga helps strength, balance, flexibility, posture and also calms the body and mind. I bring creativity and a little bit of body education to my classes. We have lots of fun and do some chair yoga DANCING too!
