I interviewed Debbie and she was all set to start the following week. I touched base with her the day after her interview to follow up on her schedule, she told me about me she no longer could help since she agreed to start with another family. I thought she was unprofessional was extremely inconsiderate as she told me she was going to start. Once again left in the dust to find help.
