Hi, I'm Deb! I'm a master's-level special instructor with over 25 years of experience working with adults and seniors and their families as a Direct Support Professional, Job coach and a corporate trainer for programs supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I'm excited to use my skills to support adults/seniors in building independence, confidence, and quality of life. I believe in treating every person with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness while helping them build on their strengths and participate more fully in daily and community life. My approach focuses on empowering individuals with daily living skills, routines, social connections, and community engagement in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
