About Debbie

I enjoy caring for young children up through teens &could be useful with reading, engaging in games and social interaction, helping with homework, giving snacks, & facilitating play-dates. I can prepare a meal and do kids laundry. I am a good driver with a reliable car and can drive your child to/from school activities. I have an engineering degree from Penn State, married and have 2 adult sons, on the high and low end of the autistic spectrum. My older son is a success story having graduated from NYU and living independently. My younger son is non verbal and a leukemia survivor and lives in a group home. I have enjoyed raising them both and know other parents need a break to take care of themselves or have dependable attentive care for their children while they work. I am very responsible having worked watching 2 children after school since Sept. 2017 until the pandemic. Since Covid, I have driven 4 y. o. to/from preschool & teenagers to HS. I am completely vaccinated.
