I'd describe my personality as adventurous, creative, and empathic. I like working with kids because they have such a fresh way of seeing the world. I love being apart of their learning and growing and discovering the world around them. I also love seeing them grow in their unique abilities. I'm looking for a job that allows me to bring my two girls along ages 4 and 7. They make friends very quickly and easily. And they make great playmates. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I became a lifeguard at 15. I was a camp counselor every summer starting at age 18. After college I nannied full time for infants, twins and preteens. In my spare time, I like to dance, write, exercise and play with my kids.

Based on my own experience with Deanna, I would highly recommend her. She's caring, gentle, and playful with children. She laughs at their silly jokes and does creative activities with them, such as dancing, painting, and singing songs. She's a professional songwriter as well, so kids have a fun time making up songs with her. She's also very reliable as a professional--on time, communicative, and able to maintain appropriate boundaries.
