Hello! I recently retired after working 30 years with children in the public school system. I'm patient, kind, dependable and welcome the opportunity to care for your children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, swimming, and cycling. I'm enjoying the freedom of retirement and am planning to travel and spend more time with my grandchildren so I'm not looking for a full time position but am here to help out your family occasionally. I currently work one night a week at the Y in child care and was recently trained there in CPR and First Aid. I love the Y and am currently training for a triathlon and an Ultra Trail Run. I have a BS in Family Services and a Masters Degree in Social Work.
