I have been cleaning residential homes independently for three years. I am looking for weekly training t bi weekly cleanings but I prefer to clean vacant homes to prepare for move in or move outs. I provide my own supplies and can give referrals if needed. I do not charge an hourly rate. I charge a flat rate based off of the cleaning needs of each home.
