About Deanna

We cannot recommend Deanna highly enough. She cared for our son, from fall 2022 through early 2024, and her impact on our family will last a lifetime. He had additional medical needs, including a G-tube, and Deanna supported him with confidence, calm, and extraordinary attentiveness. She also regularly assisted during multiple in-home therapy sessions, always showing patience, collaboration, and deep respect for his unique needs and progress. Deanna is an incredibly gentle and nurturing caregiver. One of the most beautiful gifts she gave was fostering his love of books and language. She read with him constantly and engaged him in meaningful conversation throughout the day. Today, he is an extremely articulate and expressive little boy, and we truly credit Deanna’s consistent, intentional engagement for that growth. Beyond her exceptional skills as a nanny, Deanna became part of our family. With no relatives living nearby, she was not just caregiver — she became an adopted mother to both me and my husband. Her presence brought steadiness, warmth, and emotional support into our home during a very formative and vulnerable season of our lives. She was always open to feedback, receptive to communication, and someone I felt completely comfortable asking for advice and guidance. Her wisdom, compassion, and professionalism made her an absolute joy to work with. We would have kept Deanna with our family indefinitely if circumstances had not changed unexpectedly when I lost my job. Any family who has the opportunity to work with her will be incredibly lucky.
