About Dean

My mother required 24 hour care. As we tried to find caretakers, we found essentially no candidates who we would trust to ensure that mom was always taken care of... aside from Dean. We hired Dean to manage the other caretakers, and to be a caretaker himself. He ensured that someone was always here, that they understood my mother's routine and her medications and he also managed their pay. I was able to relax a little about my mom's situation knowing that Dean was on top of it. More importantly, Dean truly cared about my mother. He was insistent that her doctors, caretakers, therapists and others understand her overall health and work together in her best interests. He drove her to her appointments and was actively involved in her health management. He pushed my mom to be mentally and physically active, right up until the end. He was with her in the hospital when she died. I would very highly recommend Dean for any type of caretaker role.
