During our interview she seemed great so, I hired her for three shifts. Never showed up to the first two shifts so, I cancelled the third shift. She said she was on the way to our house and was late due to traffic but, never showed up. Not punctual and not dependable. Wasted my family's time by saying she was very interested in the position but never showed up to any of her shifts.
