Hello Everyone, Previously ADS (adult day services) Program Director for individuals with various disabilities turned stay-at-home mom for a rambunctious 5 yr old! I have two girls, 9 & 14. I'm a Certified Preschool School Teacher with a valid CDA. Working in the educational field for over 16yrs and with individuals with disabilities for over 15. Ranging in age from 3yrs of age to well in their 80s! I am a firm believer in "Person First'' practices and promoting self-sufficiency, while still being supportive where needed! NO family dynamic is a deal breaker; services need to be split between homes &/or educational facilities, no problem! Would like to pay via medicaid awesome, I am Approved via DODD as an Independent Provider! Just want to have your whole household CPR/FIRST certified, I am mobile!
