I read over Dawn's profile and sent her a message. She then replied saying she was still looking for a job and gave me her number saying she was interested. I called twice and messaged her and still nothing. If she changed her mind that's perfectly okay. I just felt it was really rude and unprofessional to not even touch base with me to let me know she was no longer interested in the position.
