About Dawn

I interviewed and hired Dawn. I hired her for 2 days a week 9-4 to help take care of my 95 yr old mother. She was very personable and seemed to have the experience I needed. We liked her. She told me she wanted the position. She worked 2 days in training. That weekend my mother went in the hospital. Dawn missed two days that week. I had been texting to give her updates. The next week my mother was ready to come home. I texted Dawn to tell her and ask if she could stay an hour longer on her days and she advised she took another job. I was upset thinking I was bringing my mother home with the appropriate caregiver help and then found out without advance notice that wasn't the case. She left me stranded. Giving her 2 stars because she showed up for training the first 2 days. But, what she did to me and my mother was not very considerate or professional.
