Making a difference in someone's life has always been my passion--and now it's my work. After seeing how well my own mom aged with the support of an in-home caregiver, and then witnessing gaps in my mother-in-law's care during her final years in a retirement community, I realized how important the right caregiver match can be. I partnered with Ease in the Home to open an office serving the Western Suburbs, focused on concierge-level care. We listen carefully to what families need and thoughtfully match them with compassionate caregivers--not just someone to fill a time slot. We believe caregivers should be paid a livable wage because when caregivers are valued, families receive better care.
