About Dawn

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, calm and adventurous. I like working with kids because I'm a mother of 5 grown children. I have loved every stage in their lives. Children deserve to be valued, heard and cared for. How wonderful it is to play a small role in their story. I'm looking for a job that brings me happiness and in which I can be of service while sharing my strengths. I started working with kids when I was 12 yrs old. In my spare time I own a small company that produces wooden art. One thing you should know about me is that I'm organized as a person because having five children made that a necessity but, it also taught me that that's all going to fall by the wayside when it needs to. My skills include seeing each childs individuality, planning fun activities and exploring their interests.
