David was a kind and very competent caregiver for my mother. She was 90, lived on her own and was very picky about who worked for her. We hired David because of his great attitude and work experience. In the just-under-a-year that David cared for her, he proved to be the best assistant she had. He not only drove her to the grocery store and helped with housework, he also was extremely handy in fixing and repairing things around her home. He helped her with her pet dogs and gardening along with his other caretaking tasks. He was kind and gentle with my mother. She had spinal stenosis and fractured vertebrae and had to walk with a walker. She was in a lot of pain most of the time. David was gentle and very patient, helping her in and out of his car and maneuvering through stores. My mother was very comfortable in his care and delighted in sharing lunch with him now and then. Unfortunately, my mother recently passed away after a brief hospital stay. She wanted me to tell David that he helped her realize her dream of staying in her own home until the end of her life. He brought comfort, care, and real compassion to the last few months of her life. I am very grateful to David. Without reservation, I highly recommend David as a care provider.
