I have 30 years of experience. I can help with English, Math, and foreign languages- Latin, French, Spanish, Italian and German. I worked for 18 years at College in downtown Chicago. I taught precredit English for several semesters and tutored my subjects there for the whole 18 years. I also tutored at Triton College in River Grove, Illinois for 9 years and I taught English as a Second Language there for 16 years. I graduated from Valparaiso University in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in Classics and a minor in French. In 1996, I decided to return to college to study Spanish. In 1999, I finished a second bachelor's degree (in Spanish) at Elmhurst College. I have mostly tutored college students, but I enjoy tutoring younger kids as well. My chief hobby is reading in various topics including about history, foreign cultures, and biography. I enjoy listening to Folk music on Friday nights in Downers Grove.
