About David

I'm a senior in college at the University of Akron. I'm a biology major who is pre-med. I am going to go to medical school to study pediatrics next year and I have a lot of experience caring for children. Two summers ago, I worked as an intern at Pause for Parents, Play for Kids, a nonprofit that takes care of children with extra needs, where I learned lots of innovative ways to connect with the children that I provided care for. I absolutely loved this job and would love the opportunity to continue to make connections like this. I have a clean driving record and drive a car that is able to transport 5 kids. I played baseball for my first two years in college as a first baseman and pitcher and could help with any young athlete. I have worked as a tutor in Chemistry, Genetics, and Physics while in college so I can also help with schoolwork. I am able to speak English and Spanish.
