I have several years of experience working with children in educational and youth development settings, supporting students from kindergarten through middle school. My experience includes classroom support, behavior management, academic assistance, leading enrichment activities, and building strong relationships with students and their families. I strive to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to grow. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, develop independence, and foster a love of learning while meeting each child at their individual developmental level. I love working with kids because they are curious, honest, and full of potential. It is rewarding to watch them learn new skills, overcome challenges, and grow emotionally.
