About Darya

Hi! I'm Darya, a mom of two (7 and 6) who started babysitting at 12, caring for a newborn and two older children. I later cared for up to 10 kids at once, ages 2-11, for multiple families. I have a bachelor's in Psychology, an associate's in Arts, and a background in early childhood and elementary education. I also work as an elderly caregiver and speak English, Russian, and basic Spanish. I believe childhood should be full of curiosity, laughter, and little adventures! Whether we're reading, crafting, exploring nature, tackling homework, or inventing silly games, I love discovering what makes each child unique. I'm a writer, reader, and nature lover who values patience, structure, warmth, and imagination. As a mom, I understand the trust it takes to leave your child with someone. I take that seriously while still letting kids be kids!
