Darlene takes care of my 92 year old father. She is patient with him, prepares good meals and is taking care of things around the house (cleaning, laundry, etc) She is very good at documenting what she's done, which is helpful for others/family to know what still needs to be done. She shows initiative and notices what needs to be done and does it. She is dependable and flexible.
