About Darla

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My 30 years of experience have allowed me to develop a patient and creative approach to caregiving, ensuring that each child feels safe, supported, and stimulated. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on your child's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. My educational background includes a college degree, as well as coursework focused on early child development. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR, and have completed training in early childhood development. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ages birth to 5, and am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I genuinely love working with children and find great joy in watching them learn, grow, and thrive.
