I apologize! I am currently teaching full-time and not looking for a position. I am an organized, compassionate, and energetic teacher looking to implement a family's desired curriculum or tutor subjects as needed in addition to students' regular curriculum. I am exploring new teaching opportunities as I enjoy working in small groups to provide the best support for students' individual needs. I am willing to tutor in person or online and have a reliable vehicle. My goal is to aid students in their academic, social, and emotional growth through discovery and exploration while practicing critical thinking skills. I guide my students in identifying their strengths and encourage them to take risks while learning. In a time where so many things are uncertain, educating our children is of upmost importance. We must never stop learning because life never stops teaching!

Darien is punctual, proactive and professional - traits I admired in her as a tutor for my kids. She has exceptional patience in working with young kids, strong positivity in dealing with tough situations and a great attitude to be flexible and amiable to changes thrown her way. She gives parents peace of mind, and she gives children an opportunity to excel in the ways they feel comfortable growing and learning.
