Hi families! I'm Darcy - an Indy native who loves creating a calm, fun, and nurturing environment for kids. I've been babysitting on and off for 18 years, spent over 2 years as a full-time nanny, and have 6 total years of dedicated childcare experience. I also worked as a kindergarten assistant teacher at The Oaks Academy for 3 years, which gave me a strong foundation in early childhood development, classroom structure, and supportive learning through play. I'm passionate about nature and enjoy bringing the outdoors into activities through walks, crafts, and little adventures that spark curiosity. I'm dependable, patient, and focused on helping children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. I can also help with light housekeeping and carpooling to make your family's day run more smoothly.
