About Darcy

As a dedicated caregiver with over 13 years of childcare experience, I bring both compassion and professionalism to every family I work with. My background as a Medical Assistant--specializing in pediatrics--and current studies toward becoming a Physician Assistant have deepened my understanding of child development, safety, and health. I am CPR and BLS certified, a former Registered Behavior Technician, and have hands-on experience supporting children with special needs. I value each child's individuality and strive to help them learn, and build confidence while maintaining their autonomy. I take pride in respecting each family's cultural/ religious values, so that every child feels seen and supported in their unique environment. In addition, I'm happy to assist with household maintenance, coordinate outings, plan educational activities, and holiday crafts.
