Hello I am a Licensed Practical Nurse I reside on Cape Cod with my family andenjoy working within our community. I am dedicated to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all. I have experience as a care companion and assisting with early onset Alzheimer's disease, disability and independent living. Understanding needs and caring and supporting aging elderly clients emotionally and physically is important to me. I am experiencedin assisting with health education and the management of chronic illness, safety around the home, and dietary needs. I can assist with acts of daily living , medication administration and management and teaching, treatments, injections, nutrition, and any other nursing services according to physicians plan of care as well as any house duties, meals, or errands that may be needed.
