Dara is incredible! She works for us as a house manager 8 hours per week. Each week she typically organizes, straightens up, laundry, unpacks and puts away deliveries, drops of and picks up dry cleaning, and many other one-off tasks. She is excellent at communicating both while she's working, after she's done (with an update), and ahead of time for her schedule. She's incredibly proactive and sees tasks all the way through to the end. A few examples: when she wipes down the kitchen she cleans the inside of the sink. When our dryer broke, she looked up a wash-and-dry services proposed it to us (including looking up cost) and setup the delivery and pickup. She pops in, checks the list, and gets to work - if we can't great her right away, she doesn't let that stop her. I highly recommend Dara - she's excellent.
