About Dara

I first began working with children at a church for ages 4 & 5-year-old. I taught the children lessons and created activities centered around the lesson. I taught in the church for about 5 years, my reason for leaving was to attend college at Columbus State University. When I went home last summer I worked at a daycare from 6am-6 p.m. Mon- Fri taking care of children 3-5 years old. I also transitioned in the day care and worked with infants and did afterschool with older children, I remained at that job all Summer. I formed great relationships with my children and their families and started babysitting some of the children from my class when I would come home for breaks. I enjoy working with children so much that I am majoring in early childhood education so that I can become a teacher one day. I have my background check done through my college if you require.
