About Daniel

I bring 10 years of dedicated experience teaching K-6 in public schools, backed by an M. Ed in Exceptional Student Education with specialized knowledge in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Gifted education. My teaching license boasts six endorsements, spanning Elementary Education K-6, Reading, ESOL, ESE, ASD, and Gifted. Additionally, I have obtained the FCCPC certification to care for and educate children from birth to age 5, along with a TEFL qualification for teaching English overseas. My expertise encompasses the comprehensive education of students from early childhood to adulthood. At present, my role involves teaching gifted students, advocating for IEPs in meetings, crafting individualized education plans, conducting student assessments, making referrals for specialized services, and actively contributing to Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives on a daily basis. As a male educator, I wholeheartedly believe in the power of edutainment to drive engagement.
