About Danielle

Hello! I am a 8 year Navy Veteran and current online student with a lot of experience with children and a unique set of life experiences and skills. I started working with kids after I graduated high-school. My first job was as a substitute teacher for the local school system, focusing on elementary classes and special needs programs. I then became a certified volunteer firefighter and first responder. After I joined the Navy, I became basic and advanced first aid certified through the military, and maintained a CPR certification. My top skills include first aid, conflict de-escalation, and making learning and chores and everything else most kids hate lots and lots of fun. To me, everything that a child might need to accomplish can be tied into a lot of gamification to foster a mindset of enjoying and exploring the mundane.
