Creating a safe space for young folks to be creative, playful, and authentically themselves is my passion. I especially enjoy the opportunity to support children's self-regulation through somatic and mindfulness techniques. I am also a children's yoga & mindfulness instructor (RCYT), a yoga teacher (RYT 200), as well as an aspiring writer of middle grade and young adult fiction.
