Coordinate fun and engaging activities for cognitive recall and motor skills. Accompany client to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, meal prep, and assist in daily tasks; i. e. bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management. I am a certified holistic health coach and private chef, who inspires and educates clients on living their best life, while eating delicious and healing foods. I have made it my mission to spread hope and health to others. A self-taught chef, I now teach clients with chronic diseases and health concerns, how to eliminate problem foods, while still eating delicious meals that help to heal and energize the body.
