About Danielle

CPR, first aid certified. 3 years experience with special needs. Providing compassionate care and engaging, accessible learning to children is my sacred work and how I care for my community and myself. In my experience working with children, I have learned that being mindful and tuning in to the needs of every child individually is the key to unlocking their potential as learners and members of the community. I believe in uplifting the individuality of children while teaching them to do the same for others in order to create a culture of compassion, mindfulness and consent. I connect with youth through patience and understanding. I am creative and find ways to connect with children through play, self expression, and affirmations in the form of positive self talk. I have experience working with a wide range of age groups and knowledge of age appropriate activities. My work is fueled by seeing children grow, thrive and experience success as well as overcome obstacles.
