About Danielle

As a young adult, I completed a childcare course at my local library and received childcare and CPR certificates. I then began providing childcare for family and close friends and later expanded to neighbors and others based on referrals. I am very conscientious and believe in safety first when providing childcare, along with adhering to the values and requests of each family. Adult family members appreciate this aspect of my work ethic and methods while the children love my creative, nurturing, and fun-loving side. I enjoy being creative and allowing children to express their creativity whether we are doing arts and crafts or creating an obstacle course and running and jumping through the course together. I also enjoy and think it's important to take any teachable moment to teach a child a new skill or have a discussion. It's also important to consider the children in care, their capabilities, interests and temperaments when planning activities.
