I watched a year old golden retriever for a month while family was on vacation. I worked on some training & getting dog used to going places in car. I have taken care of 13 years old Pugs that needed special medicine in mornings and night. I had to carry one up and down stairs due to arthritis. I took both dogs out 4-5 times to use restroom and cleanup. I gave bathes when needed, brushing, daily walks & play time. For 5 cats, I cleaned litter one to twice a day, made sure had plenty of water + food. I brushed hair & interaction play time. I made sure house was clean (at house when family came home if desired).
