Hi there! My name is Danielle and I am going into my 8th year of teaching Kindergarten in the Howard County Public School System. I was a paraeducator in a Howard County middle school before I started teaching Kindergarten full time. I have grown up babysitting, which is what led me to want to become a teacher in the first place. I started babysitting when I was about 16, and have cared for children ranging from newborn to 12 years old. I have a 10-year-old niece and 7-year-old nephew who I care for very frequently, as well as several of their friends who tag along for the day. I just ended my 3rd summer as a nanny with another awesome family due to me moving back towards where I grew up. When babysitting, I enjoy taking the kids outside, working on homework/school work, arts and crafts, going on adventures, and much more. I of course take into account what the children want to do, and make sure they are having fun!
