Dani has been with our family for several weeks now, full time Monday - Thursday. She cares for our 4 month old son and occasionally our 2.5 year old daughter. Dani is an amazing caretaker - she provides a warm and loving environment for our son while my husband and I work from home. She is extremely proactive - going on walks in the neighborhood, spending time at the library, and even organizing a play-date with another nanny down the street. When he's napping, she helps with dishes and laundry without being asked. At the end of the day, our kitchen is always clean and we often see a mountain of dirty clothes transformed into neatly folded piles. Her experience as a nanny shows through. She asks for what she needs, but also works with you to find the best routine for everyone involved. We feel lucky to have Dani be part of our family - she's a gem!
