About Danielle

Hello! I'm Danielle. I'm a kind, silly, and creative (certified) former middle school teacher. I have babysitting, tutoring, and mentoring experience, and I love working with kids, especially those going through the awkward middle school era. I have experience with a variety of learners. My jam is creating engaging and fun activities where kids don't even realize they're learning--even better if we're outdoors. I also have been trained on helping students with social and emotional learning, and I've worked with kids from a variety of backgrounds and needs. Besides teaching for 7+ years, I have professional and personal experience working with newborns, infants, and toddlers, including my own sweet 7-month-old. Every day, I strive to be a little more like Mr. Rogers. Must be comfortable with me bringing my 7-month-old daughter to the job.
