About Daniela

Hi! I'm Daniela, I am a recent graduate student, and current Ph. D. applicant, who has 9+ years of teaching experience. I have worked with a diverse group of K-12+ students, including children with developmental disorders, including dyslexia, and ADHD, as well as students on the spectrum. During that time, I have helped students develop better note-taking strategies, practice mental relaxation techniques to ease test anxiety, and increase test scores by a letter grade or more. I have had the opportunity to teach various subjects, including core math, science, English, and Spanish, as well as AP classes, and SAT prep work. I have taught in one-on-one settings and larger groups, both online and in person; It has been a great joy to watch my students achieve their academic goals in a way that is engaging and enjoyable.
