Danica was with us (and our son) for over two years since our son was just 6 weeks old. She was amazing and our son loved her. For me it was super important to find someone who was naturally loving and attentive when he was young because I believe in a conscious parenting approach. And she treated him like her own. And as he grew, she did everything with him and I was in awe of her ability to keep up with him as he became obsessed with sports and just being outside. Danica would be outside exploring with him for hours never complaining about being tired which I know she was because Nico can be exhausting! And I think it’s hard to find someone who has both the experience and stamina like Danica has. She was on top of everything and always went above and beyond in terms of cleaning, laundry and just helping in general. She truly became our son’s best friend and part of our family. Anyone who works with her would be lucky to have her.
