I worked with Dana in a Kindergarten setting for 4 years. She was, by far, the best Kindergarten Classroom Aide I have ever worked with. I called her “The Child Whisper” during our time together because no matter what a student needed, she was able to connect with them, talk on their level and children trusted her. I knew I could count on her when a student was having a hard time behaviorally or emotionally. Dana is extremely loving, patient and kind. She always goes the extra mile. She is particularly good at managing behaviors and connecting with children who have special needs. She is the absolute best there is. I could not recommend Dana more.
