1999: Certified Nursing Assistant training (my certification is expired) 1999 to 2002: I worked in a short-term in patient rehab and long-term in patient nursing home 2006 to 2015: I assisted with providing end of life/in-home hospice care to 3 family members 2013 to 2023: I assisted with a family member's daily needs, doctors appointments, cancer treatments, surgery recovery, and end of life/in-home hospice care 2019 to current: Daily care for a medically fragile infant; from NICU, open heart surgery, oxygen, heart rate monitor, sleep apnea, g-tube, genetic disorders, congenital heart defects, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, specialists, surgeries, etc. 2013 to current: Healthcare Advocate, scheduling appointments, attending specialist appointments and tests, post surgery care, maintaining medical records and advocating for care with doctors, hospitals, specialists and insurance companies 2024 - current: part-time caregiver to an elderly female in her home
