About Dana

Hi! My name is Dana and I'm excited to meet you! I have 1 year of experience as an elementary Spanish instructor in college, but I also tutored math and English for elementary students in high school. I have my bilingual certification in Spanish. I've taken Spanish classes since 6th grade and I have a minor in Spanish. I've visited Mexico, Spain, and Puerto Rico so I have experience with different Spanish speaking countries. Understanding culture is a necessity when it comes to learning a second language! I graduated with a 3. 9 GPA and received my bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in chemistry, so I can also help with sciences! Math is my favorite subject, and I was able to skip general education courses in college because of my math AP credits. So if you need math help, I'd be more than happy to do so. I'm very flexible with scheduling and I can do online if needed. I love teaching and helping others learn. Learning is cool and I'm excited to share my passion for learning!
