Hello, my name is Damali . I am a passionate, reliable, and creative childcare professional with experience working with children from ages 1 to 16, both in home settings and within the Department of Education as a paraprofessional. I love the challenges and rewards of working with children, as it allows me to practice patience while watching them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. My goal is always to create a safe, exciting, trusting, and nurturing environment that encourages children to develop independence while maintaining structure. In addition to childcare, I am comfortable with pets and willing to assist with light housekeeping, as I take pride in being very organized and detail oriented. I am CPR and First Aid certified with extensive hands-on familiarity with child safety practices.
