My dedication to early childhood education led to steady promotions, from floater to assistant teacher, lead teacher, and eventually Operations Manager, where I managed security, licensing, compliance, and communications at the center! This experience gave me a deep understanding of child development, educational planning, and childcare management, teaching me how to create a safe and nurturing environment that parents loved.
