Dalila has truly been such a gift to our family. She has been caring for our 18 month old for over 9 months now, and in that time, she has become so much more than a nanny..she feels like family! She is incredibly reliable and consistent, which has meant everything to us. Having her here at least three times a week has brought such stability and structure, and our child absolutely thrives with her. She has created a wonderful routine and is always so thoughtful and intentional with how she spends their time together. What stands out most is how engaging she is. Dalila goes above and beyond every single day, planning developmental activities, encouraging learning through play, and making sure our child is both stimulated and happy. She also regularly takes him to the park and gets him out exploring, which we love. Most importantly, I trust Dalila completely. That peace of mind is priceless as a parent. We feel so lucky to have her, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough!!
