Hello I've been caring for children since I was a teenager, starting with my four younger siblings. My passion for childcare stems from my upbringing and desire to provide nurturing care to those in need, just like I did for my parents. I have five years of experience as a babysitter, and over the years, I've gained invaluable experience caring for children with special needs. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and adaptability. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparency and openness with parents. I'm comfortable providing regular updates about their child's day. I'm good with any communication parents prefer. I'm comfortable with text, call, and in person communication. While I respect and understand the importance of household rules, I believe in a gentle and nurturing approach when it comes to enforcing them. I'm not comfortable with harsh treatment when it comes to enforcing rules. I'm currently a college student at USF
