Dakota is a star, she is wise and mature beyond her years, and any family would be lucky to work with her. She handled all three of my kids (under the age of 4) with grace, fun, and firm fairness (no easy task). She is reliable, communicative, thoughtful and proactive. We loved working with her and will again!
