As an Adaptive Childcare Provider, I provide compassionate, structured, and individualized support for children across all abilities. With hands-on experience supporting neurodiverse learners, children with physical disabilities, and students demonstrating challenging behaviors, I create safe, engaging environments where each child can thrive. My background includes working with individuals with cerebral palsy, ODD, and a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs. I incorporate tangible tools-such as visual cue cards, adaptive communication supports, and hands-on learning materials-to promote independence and clarity. I am highly motivated to create personalized family guides and "brain boxes" that help ease challenging transitions and support day-to-day routines. Reliable, patient, and attuned to each child's unique strengths, I prioritize consistency, dignity, and growth in every interaction. I am currently looking to book end of June through August.
